1What is a roll-up door?
Roll-up doors are the most common style of access door in the self-storage industry. Customers slide a latch and lift the door upward - similar to the action of a standard residential garage door. Roll-up doors provide maximize usage of your space.
2Do you provide me with a lock when I rent a unit?
New locks are available for purchase at the Facility Office. We sell disc locks which provide the highest level of security.
3Is there RV/boat/car/motorcycle parking available?
There is no vehicle parking.
4What is a drive-up unit?
A drive-up unit is a unit that can be accessed directly from a vehicle or truck.
5What's the difference between office hours and gate hours?
During office hours, the Facility Manager will be available to assist you with your storage, moving and packing supplies needs. The gate hours are the hours the property is available for customer access. At this time, we sell locks only. We do not have 24-hour access.
6What kind of security do you have?
We seek to maintain state-of-the-art security, including features such as an electronic gate, full fencing and well-lit facilities. Contact the Facility Manager for details.
7What sizes are available and how do I pick my size?
Sizes vary by location. The sizes for each location are listed on its page. Determining the right size is easy with the help of our Unit Size Selector and the help of our Facility Managers who are trained to assist you in this process. To determine the sizes available at a location near you, contact the Facilities Manager.
8Is insurance required?
We do not require it; but, do have brochures for a company that does sell insurance for self-storage units.
9What method of payment is accepted?
Check, money order, web pay, and bill pay. No cash or cards.
10Do the units get power washed or is there a routine cleaning schedule that is done?
While units are not power washed, ALL units are cleaned prior to your move-in and are well maintained.
